Description
The dataset contains information on the offer prices of apartments by the developer FHU “Adi” Mariusz Lasyk in 2025 as part of the investment at Gwardyjska Street in Nowy Sącz, carried out jointly with another developer. The data is made available in accordance with Article 19b(1) of the Act of 20 May 2021 on the protection of the rights of the buyer of a residential unit or a single-family house and on the Developers’ Guarantee Fund (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 695).
