TDT market surveillance - vehicles

From July 1, 2023, in accordance with Article 3, Section 3 of the Act of April 14, 2023, on vehicle approval systems and their equipment, the Director of the Transport Technical Inspectorate (TDT) is the market surveillance authority in the territory of the Republic of Poland for:

- agricultural and forestry vehicles covered by Regulation (EU) No 167/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council,

- two- or three-wheeled vehicles and quadricycles covered by Regulation (EU) No 168/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council,

- motor vehicles and their trailers, as well as systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles covered by Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and

- national vehicle type approval and type approval of additional gas fuel systems for vehicles.
