The dataset contains information on the offer prices of apartments of the developer ATRIUM PBH Limited Liability Company, made available in accordance with Article 19b(1) of the Act of 20 May 2021 on the protection of the rights of the purchaser of a residential unit or a single-family house and the Developers’ Guarantee Fund (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 695).
