Research - methodology and results of the rear suspension test

The aim of the research was to design and manufacture a chassis for a small delivery van in the M1 class. The rear suspension of the car was made on the principle of a trailing arm with the possibility of turning up to 2.6 degrees when cornering. We received a vehicle with 4 steering wheels, which provided greater safety and better maneuverability. The rear suspension was equipped with elastic bushes of various degrees of hardness and a set of sensors for testing the degree of deviation on corners. The whole thing was connected to a device recording the work of all sensors. A PC and a specially created application were used to process the data after many tests.
