Central Geological Database – Research Points Subsystem

The Central Geological Database Geological Research Points Subsystem (CBDG) stores data on all research points that are not boreholes. During field work, geologists often carry out various types of measurements, registration, sampling or observation. The location of the point and information about it are crucial for the later interpretation of the information obtained from that point. Samples taken in the field are often later tested in various laboratories.
