Tourists in tourist accommodation establishments

Tourists (domestic and foreign) in tourist accommodation establishments possesing 10 or more bed places in November 2024.

Definitons:

Nights spent (overnight stays) in tourist accommodation establishments - nights spent (or overnight stay) is each night a guest actually spends (sleeps or stays) or is registered (his/her physical presence there being unnecessary) in tourist accommodation establishment.

Tourist - A tourist is a visitor taking a trip to a main destination outside his usual environment, for less than a year, for any main purpose, including business, leisure or other personal purpose, other than to be employed by a resident entity in the place visited.

Tourist accommodation establishment - Any facility that regularly or occasionally provides overnight accommodation for tourists.

Foreign tourists in tourist accommodation establishments - Number of foreign tourists who began their stay in the facility in a given month i.e. they have been checked in. Foreign tourists accommodated are registered by country of residence. Foreign tourist can be shown many times, if during a single stay in Poland uses more than one accommodation establishment.
