Description
The dataset contains information on the offer prices of residential units provided by the developer FHU “Adi” Mariusz Lasyk in 2025, within the housing investment located at Gwardyjska Street in Nowy Sącz.
The data were prepared based on the developer’s internal listings and are provided in an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx).
The dataset is shared pursuant to Article 19b(1) of the Act of 20 May 2021 on the protection of the rights of buyers of residential units or single-family houses and the Developers’ Guarantee Fund (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 695).
