Fishing. Environmental quality indices IHF and QBR of the trout rivers of the Valencian Community

Description

Evaluation of the environmental quality of trout rivers in the Valencian Community through the IHF and QBR quality indices. The river habitat index (IHF) is used for habitat assessment. It is a rapid assessment index, which assesses the heterogeneity and potentiality of the habitat from 0 to 100, based on the fact that the greater the diversity of the habitat, the greater the biological richness. For the evaluation of the structure of the riparian forest, the Ribera Forest Quality Index (QBR) is used. It is an index that quantifies the environmental quality of the forest, synthesizing the information of different characteristics and attributes of them. This determines the presence or absence of the riparian forest, the state of conservation and composition of the riparian
