Representation of cadastral plots containing residential buildings with an age of more than 50 years and that have the obligation to carry out the Evaluation Report (IEEV.CV), in accordance with Decree 53/2018, of April 27, of the Consell. The information on the year of construction of the building is obtained from the data in the Real Estate Cadastre
