Average payment period to grant beneficiaries 2015-2023

Description

Monthly information on the average period of payment to beneficiaries of aid and subsidies granted by the Generalitat Valenciana. Royal Decree 635/2014, of 25 July, which develops the methodology for calculating the average payment period to suppliers of the Public Administrations and the conditions and procedure for withholding resources from financing schemes, provided for in Organic Law 2/2012, of 27 April, on Budgetary Stability and Financial Sustainability (BOE No. 184 of 30 July 2014), establishes in its single transitional provision that the Autonomous Communities shall publish on a monthly basis on their web portal the information referred to in Article 6 of the aforementioned Royal Decree regarding the average period of payment to suppliers. In addition, Article 17(1)(g) of Law 1/2022 of 13 April 2022 on Transparency and Good Governance of the Autonomous Community of Valencia also requires the publication of the average payment period for beneficiaries of aid and subsidies.
