Description

He informed about the ajudes i subvencions concedides per la Generalitat a les personaes jurídiques (empreses, associacions, fundacions, administracions pubbliques i autónoms) i, les personaes físiques. Grants awarded to legal persons romandran publicades durant els 4 anys següents a l’any en què es va concedir. In the case of subsidies to physical persons, the romandrà information published l’any de concessió i l’any següent, as indicated in Reial decret 130/2019, 8 de març, pel qual es regula la BDNS i la publicitat de les subvencions i altres ajudes publicques. S'entén per subvenció, tota disposició dinerària realitzada per les administracions, in favor of public or private persons, which complisca els següents requisits: * a) That the lliurament is realitze sense directly counterbalanced by the beneficiaries. * b) That the lliurament is subjecte al compliment d'un determinat objectiu, l'execució d'un projecte, la realització d'una activitat, l'adopció d'un behaviour singular, ja realitzats o per desenvolupar, o la concurrència d'una situació, devent the beneficiaryi complir les obligacions materiales i formals que s'hagueren establit. * c) That the projecte, l'acció, conducta o situació finançada tinga per objecte el foment d'una activitat d'utilitat pública o interès social o de promoció d'una finalitat pública. The publication of the resolucions of the concessions d'ajudes i subvencions garantix el dret de la ciutadania a conèixer els recursos publics that is dedicated to l'activitat de foment i els beneficiaryis dels mateixos. ------------------------------------------------------- Information on aid and subsidies granted by the Generalitat to legal persons (companies, associations, foundations, public administrations and the self-employed) and to natural persons. Grants awarded to legal persons shall remain published for 4 years following the year in which they were awarded. In the case of subsidies to natural persons, the information will remain published the year of concession and the following year, as indicated in Royal Decree 130/2019, March 8, which regulates the BDNS and the publicity of subsidies and other public aid. A subsidy is understood to mean any monetary disposition made by the administrations, in favor of public or private persons, that meets the following requirements: * (a) That the delivery is made without direct consideration from the beneficiaries. b) That the delivery is subject to the fulfillment of a certain objective, the execution of a project, the realization of an activity, the adoption of a singular behavior, already carried out or to be developed, or the concurrence of a situation, the beneficiary must comply with the material and formal obligations that had been established. c) That the project, action, conduct or situation financed has as its object the promotion of an activity of public utility or social interest or the promotion of a public purpose. The publication of the decisions on grants and subsidies guarantees the right of citizens to know the public resources that are dedicated to the promotion activity and the beneficiaries of these.
