Description

He informed about the grants and subsidies granted by the Generalitat to the legal persons (empreses, associations, foundations, public administrations and autonoms) and to the physical persons. S'entén per subvenció, tota disposició dinerària realitzada per les administracions, in favor of public or private persons, which complisca els següents requisits: * That the lliurament is realitze sense directly counterbalanced by the beneficiaries. * That the lliurament is subjecte al compliment d'un determinat objectiu, l'execució d'un projecte, la realització d'una activitat, l'adopció d'un behaviour singular, ja realitzats o per desenvolupar, o la concurrència d'una situació, devent the beneficiaryi complir les obligacions materiales i formals que s'hagueren establit. * That the projecte, l'acció, conducta o situació finançada tinga per objecte el foment d'una activitat d'utilitat pública o interés social o de promoció d'una finalitat pública. The publication of the resolucions of the concessions d'ajudes i subvencions garanteix el dret de la ciutadania a conéixer els recursos publics that is dedicated to l'activitat de foment i els beneficiaryis d'estos. Exceptions to publication: D'acord amb la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, la Llei 1/2022, de Transparència i Bon Govern de la Comunitat Valenciana i el Reial decret 130/2019, de 8 de març, pel qual es regula la Base de dades Nacional de Subvencions i la publicitat de les subvencions i altres ajudes publicques, es no es publiquen les subvenciones i ajudes: * Grants to persones físiques who is troben in a situation of special protection com a victimes de violència de gènere. * Granted in convocatòries que pels seus criteris d'elegibilitat de beneficiaryis pogueren to display information on special categories of personal rights (ethnic or racial origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions, trade union membership, dades relatives a la salut or dades relatives a la vida sexual or les sexual orientations d'a natural person; situation of condemnes i mesures de seguretat connexes), menors d'edat, personaes en situació d'exclusió social or de vulnerabilitat i supòsits quiparables. * Quan the publication of the benefits of the beneficiary in raó de l'objecte de la subvenció puga ser contrària to the respective i safeguarda de l'honor, to the personal or family intimitat of the physical persons. Exceptions to publication: In accordance with Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General of Subsidies, Law 1/2022, of Transparency and Good Governance of the Valencian Community and Royal Decree 130/2019, of 8 March, regulating the National Database of Subsidies and the publicity of subsidies and other public aid, subsidies and aid are not published: * Granted to natural persons who are in a special protection situation as victims of gender-based violence. * Awarded in calls that due to their eligibility criteria of beneficiaries could show information about special categories of personal data (ethnic or racial origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions, trade union membership, data related to health or data related to the sexual life or sexual orientation of a natural person; sentencing situation and related security measures), minors, persons in situations of social exclusion or vulnerability and comparable assumptions. * When the publication of the beneficiary's data due to the purpose of the grant may be contrary to the respect and safeguarding of honor, personal or family privacy of natural persons. Grants awarded to legal persons shall remain published for 4 years following the year in which they were awarded.
