Tourism data on rural accommodation in the Valencian Community

Description

Dades setmanals amb informació d'empreses turístiques inscribed in the Registre de Turisme de la Comunitat Valenciana. It is called allotjament turístic rural the prestat in les modalitats of rural house, rural hotel, blocs i conjunts d'apartaments turístics, habitatges d'ús turístic i camping in finca particular amb habitatge habitat, habitually i mitjançant preu, in zones that is not troben in some of the següents suposats: a) That the municipal seu terme continues bordering the sea, carries that are located in zones l'ús de les quals continues eminentment agricultural, ramader or forestry, or that present a medienvironmental, cultural or visual interest that results d'acord amb l'aplicació d'altres polítiques sectorials i permeta la dynamització econòmica de l'entorn. b) That it is troben inclosos or ligats to a Metropolitan Area. c) That the model d'occupció i ús of the territori of the seu terme municipal follows urbà i does not correspond to the traditional rural model. d) That they are located in residential zones, facing that the municipi is not trobe in the supòsits foreseen in the previous apartats. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Weekly data with information on tourism companies registered in the Tourism Register of the Valencian Community. It is called rural tourist accommodation the one provided in the modalities of rural house, rural hotel, blocks and sets of tourist apartments, homes for tourist use and camping in private estate with inhabited housing, habitually and by price, in areas that are not in any of the following cases: a) That its municipality is bordering the sea, unless they are located in areas whose use is mainly agricultural, livestock or forestry, or that present an environmental, cultural or visual interest that is consistent with the application of other sectoral policies and allows the economic revitalization of the environment. b) That they are included or linked to a Metropolitan Area. c) That the model of occupation and use of the territory of its municipality is urban and does not respond to the traditional rural model. d) They are located in residential areas, even if the municipality is not in the cases provided for in the previous sections.
