Description
Acoustic conditions for urban planning of major roads in the Valencian Community - 4th phase. Proposal of the zones of acoustic easement and that is defined in the Law 37/2003, of November 17, of the Noise, as the sectors of the territory delimited in the maps of noise, in which the immissions can exceed the objectives of acoustic quality applicable to the corresponding acoustic areas and where restrictions may be established for certain uses of the soil, activities, installations or buildings, with the purpose, at least, of complying with the limit values of immission established for those.
