Area of influence of 500 meters of the Forest Soil of the Valencian Community (2022)
Description
The forest soil on which the area of influence of 500m has been drawn corresponds to the selection of polygons that meet the criteria specified in the final version of the Territorial Forest Action Plan of the Valencian Community (PATFOR).
Article 57 of Law 3/1993 of 9 December 1993, Forestry of the Valencian Community, defines the forest area of influence, for the purposes of preventing forest fires, the area constituted by the strip surrounding the forest land, which will have a width of up to 500 meters.
Areas of forest influence allow the zoning of areas where certain activities that may pose a certain fire hazard are permitted or restricted.
