Description
Includes persons between the ages of 17 and 24 who during the calendar year did not have income that exceeded a basic amount, had not had study grants, had been registered or studied at SFI for more than 60 hours. Until 2014, those who worked commuted to Norway and Denmark were also excluded. Source: SCB, RAMS.
