Result of the carbon balance of Créfit Foncier by scope (emissions in CO2 teq)
Notes:
(1) The 2014 and 2016 scopes take into account the subsidiaries Crédit Foncier Immobilier and Crédit Foncier Immobilier - Expertise
(2) The 2015 scope takes into account Crédit Foncier Immobilier, Crédit Foncier Immobilier - Expertise and SOCFIM
(3) The significant increase in GHG emissions in 2015 (on scope 3 only) is due to several factors combined: the change in the calculation tool of the Carbonne Balance Sheet (which mainly affects travel and purchasing items) as well as the inclusion of the SOCFIM subsidiary in the periphery of reporting. We note that, despite the widening of the scope, the total scope 1 and 2 remains stable (direct energy consumption)
