Description

The data set contains statistics of received requests according to Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on Free Access to Information. Data structure - year, number of requests for information submitted, number of appeals lodged against a decision on (partial) refusal of a request for information, copy of essential parts of each judgment, results of proceedings on penalties for non-compliance with Act No. 106/1999 Coll., number of positively processed requests, pending requests due to confidentiality or rejected, rejection of requests
