Description
In addition to the legal obligations to transmit regulatory acts of local authorities to the review of legality and to make them public, as defined in the General Code of Territorial Collectivities, the provision of open data on deliberations of the type of regulatory acts adopted by a local authority should make it possible to improve the transparency of public decisions taken by the various bodies empowered at any given territorial level.
