Budgets

Description

In addition to the legal obligations to transmit to the control of legality and publicity the budgetary and financial documents of the local authorities defined in the General Code of Territorial Authorities, the provision in Open Data of the data relating to the deliberations of the budgetary and financial documents adopted by a local authority must make it possible to improve the transparency of public decisions taken by the various authorised bodies at any territorial level. The data is structured according to the Common Core of Local Data ([see detail on this page](https://scdl.opendatafrance.net/docs-next/schemas/deliberations.html)).
