Local regulation of inter-municipal advertising in the municipality of Anglet
Description
A planning tool, the Local Inter-municipal Advertising Regulation (LPIR) is a document that sets out requirements for advertising, signs and pre-signs visible from any lane open to public traffic. Its preparation procedure is governed by the provisions of Article L.581-14-1 of the Environment Code, which specifies that this document is prepared, revised or amended in accordance with the procedures for the preparation, revision or amendment of local urban plans.
The RLPi, enshrined in the legislative framework of the national regulations codified in the Environmental Code, pursues an objective of protecting the living environment, enhancing the landscape, while ensuring respect for freedom of expression and freedom of trade and industry.
The draft local inter-municipal advertising regulation Côte Basque Adour was approved on 09 July 2022 by deliberation of the Community Council.
