Description
Today, there are paths that are unelectrified. Most common is also that sidings are unelectrified. Around 80% of the tracks on which the Swedish Transport Administration is the infrastructure manager are currently electrified. An electrified runway is served by electric locomotives, an unelectrified runway is served by diesel locomotives. The data product has stretch distribution and connects to the railway network with reference to the previous node with distance in meters to both the start and end position of the route in the direction of the track link. The data product is comprehensive on the Swedish railway network.
