Description
Wildlife accident maps for fallow deer are vector and raster data that present aggregated wildlife accident statistics with fallow deer over the five-year period 2018-2022. The material comes with a .lyr file that helps with visualization and interpretation of the material. Wildlife accident densities are reported in raster files with different resolutions. Wildlife accident rates are reported along the main road network and in designated areas with high accident rates. Frequency calculated as number of wildlife accidents per km and year over five years. The material is based on reported wildlife accidents to the police and hunter reports according to the National Council for Wildlife Accidents.
