External semi-automatic defibrillators located outside the health sector

Description

External defibrillators are a medical device intended to analyze the heart rhythm, identify fatal arrhythmias tributary of defibrillation and administer an electric shock in order to restore the viable heart rhythm with high levels of safety. Decree 38/2017, of March 23, regulated its installation and use outside the health field in Galicia, also creating the Registry of External Defibrillators of Galicia.
