Description
The Structural Household Survey (SHS) is an annual statistical activity aimed at Galician households in order to obtain information on their socioeconomic characteristics. It consists of two parts: a first one of a general nature that is repeated every year, designed to collect information on basic variables, and a second one of a specific nature. In 2017, one of the specific modules aims to collect information on people who self-classify in a situation of dependency and the type of support they declare they need to carry out certain activities, as well as people who care, on an unpaid basis, for people in a situation of dependency (whether they are from their own home or not).
