Goods of Cultural Interest (BIC)
Description
The Assets of Cultural Interest (BIC) are those movable, immovable and intangible assets most unique to the cultural heritage of Galicia, declared by decree of the Consello da Xunta de Galicia. This proposal can be an initiative of the competent ministry in matters of cultural heritage, after the processing of a procedure instructed and initiated, or for those assets that have this consideration in application of the current legislation, the procedure described in the Electronic Headquarters of the Xunta de Galicia CT135A can be used.
