Rewarding Consistent Borrowers
Description
In the context of the new policy for the regulation of loans in the housing sector, approved by Decisions Nos 3595/3/22.11.2016 and 3598/8/22.12.2016 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Fund and Loans Fund, provision is made for rewarding consistent borrowers of the Fund by reducing the interest rate on their mortgage loans to a weighted average rate of 1% on their outstanding capital.
for a period of 12 months, with the intention of repeating the measure every six months, when the percentage of the reduction will be redefined by the Board of Directors of the Fund.
