Bathymetric MNT of Reunion facade (HOMONIM project)

Description

The bathymetric MNT of La Réunion facade with a resolution of 0.001° (~ 111 m) was realised as part of the HOMONIM project. It covers the entire island of Reunion and extends offshore to more than 4 000 m depth. The NTM is intended to be implemented in hydrodynamic models in order to produce as accurate forecasts as possible of the heights of water and sea states at the coast and thus to improve the relevance of the Vigilance Vagues-Submersion.
