Bathymetric NTM facade of Guadeloupe and Martinique (Project Homonim)

Description

The bathymetric NTM facade of Guadeloupe and Martinique at a resolution of 0.001 ° (~ 100 m) was realized as part of the HOMONIM project. The NTM covers part of the islands of the Lesser Antilles, from Montserrat in the north to Saint Lucia in the south. It extends offshore to a depth of 5800 m. The NTM is intended to be implemented in hydrodynamic models in order to produce as accurate as possible predictions of water and sea state heights at the coast and thus to improve the relevance of Wave-Submersion Vigilance.
