Masses of water - MDO

Description

The water body is the basic territorial division of the aquatic environments intended to be the evaluation unit of the WFD. The "2013 water body reference" results from the update of the State of Places, in accordance with the Sandre data models and consolidated on a national scale, on the website www.sandre.eaufrance.fr. This version is not reported to the European Commission. Used at the national level, it makes it possible to prepare the SDAGE 2016-2021. The "2016 Water Bodies Benchmark" is derived from data reported to Europe (WFD 2016).
