Territories of Crude Competence (TCC) - Metropolis

Description

Refers to a geographical area on which stakeholders (flood forecasting service (SPC) or a hydrometeorological watch cell (CVH) or the central hydrometeorology and flood forecasting support service (Schapi) have competence in flood vigilance. In particular, the Schapi ensures the consolidation of the national framework for raw territories of jurisdiction (TCC). In general, a CBT is based on the contours of topographical watersheds that are consistent at the hydrographic level. The management of a TCC is ensured by a state service or public institution. The regulatory framework of a CBT can be defined by regulatory texts. In the specific case of SPCs, these are: - the flood forecasting master plan (SDPC) (see circular of 4 November 2010 NOR: DEVP1023695C). - the Regulation on the monitoring, forecasting and transmission of information on floods (RIC).
