The layer of hydrometric sites and stations in metropolitan France contains:

all public hydrometric stations

punctual hydrometric sites (sites without a station)

Depending on their characteristics, the data measured (height/throughput) by this equipment can be accessed on the following websites:

These stations are identified in the national hydrological bank, operated by the state services. The owners/operators of these stations are either government departments and local authorities or private operators. To date, the completeness of the data is in the order of 90%.
