Hydrographic regions - Guyana 2015 - BD Carthage

Description

Definition of Sandre: "The hydrographic division is the set of four hierarchical partitions of the French territory made according to decreasing hydrographic areas: - hydrographic region (1st order), - hydrographic sector (2nd order), - hydrographic subsector (3rd order), - hydrographic zone (4th order). A sector shall be divided into a maximum of 10 subsectors and a subsector shall be divided into a maximum of 10 hydrographic zones." The number of hydrographic regions has been fixed at 5 for French Guiana according to the coding rules of SANDRE. Determining their limits is the responsibility of DEAL Guyane.
