Description
A nomenclature is a set of codified and listed terms. Some attributes of a dictionary must take as a possible value codes defined within a nomenclature (list of possible values), each code then being associated with a wording, accompanied by a definition. Each code is also accompanied by a Mnemonic, i.e. a name limited to 25 characters for a computer operation. If this name cannot be truncated to 25 characters, the full name will be replaced by acronyms or truncated words ending with a dot based on the rules set out in Z01-011. This attribute is unused outside the SANDRE list.
