Description

Referential of SANDRE stakeholders. This repository is developed following requests for user codifications. The technical secretariat of the Sandre controls the quality of this repository, it is the administrator of it. Stakeholders are all bodies with one or more roles as water actors and which are referenced in databases complying with the formalism of SANDRE. They are identified in data exchanges by their SIRET code. When the latter cannot exist because the intervener does not fall within the scope of the national register or when this code does not make it possible to identify the intervener unequivocally (in the case of structures included in a more general structure), he is then identified by his SANDRE code. They are divided into several categories, including: - analytical laboratory, - sampler, - hydrometric operator, - hydrobiology laboratory, - body in charge of the water police, - producer/manager, - ... Two pieces of information are used to identify a stakeholder: its code and the SIRET code of the body to which it is attached: - Case 1: the organism is SIRETE, e.g. a laboratory. The SIRET code is used, no SANDRE code is given. The attribute “SIRET code of the organisation to which the intervener belongs” is not filled in, - Case 2: the organisation does not have a SIRET code, in which case a SANDRE code shall be assigned. The attribute “SIRET code of the organisation to which the intervener belongs” is not filled in, - Case 3: the organisation does not have a SIRET code as an establishment but is attached to a structure, e.g. the SATESE attached to the General Council. In this case, a SANDRE code is assigned and the attribute “SIRET code of the body to which the speaker belongs” is filled in with the SIRET code, in the example, that of the General Council. The national list of SANDRE stakeholder codes is established under the responsibility of SANDRE. The SIRET code shall be drawn up by INSEE.
