Description
This layer offers an overview of the coastal paths by distinguishing:
- sections already open to the public on private land (Servitude de Passage Piétons along the Littoral - SPPL),
- sections open to the public on the Domaine Public Maritime (DPM) or on other public land belonging to local authorities or the Conservatoire de l'Espace Littoral et des Rivages Lacustres,
- sectors in the process of opening,
- the non-accessible coastal linear line,
- the routes of hiking trails that deviate from the coastline and that are intended to compensate for the impossibility of ensuring continuity along the coastline due to the existence of a port, a military installation or other impediments.
