Description
The IBC indicator represents the degree of Intensity of the Building located in the low areas below the current hundred-year sea levels (ZBNM100) and in the municipalities that have been the subject of a Decree of natural disasters of marine origin.
The cartographic representation of this indicator is discretized into 6 classes according to an algorithm using the average of each class to distribute the data in all classes in a balanced way. A 7th class has been added (value class 0). It corresponds to municipalities with either no buildings or no natural disasters identified in these low-lying areas. The distribution of the IBC indicator values for ZBNM100 is as follows:
* Class 0: IBC value [0;1[
* Class 1: IBC value [1;100[
* Class 2: IBC value [100;300[
* Class 3: IBC value [300;700[
* Class 4: IBC value [700;1400[
* Class 5: IBC value [1400;3300[
* Class 6: IBC value [3300;10400[
