The technical exclusion zone for floating offshore wind corresponds to the interpolation of the wind, current and bathymetry criteria:
Wind speed less than 7m/s
AND
Current speed greater than 2.5 m/s
AND
bathymetry greater than -8 metres AND less than -60 metres
