Age in pending matters at rent and tenancy tribunals

Description

Age in pending matters at rent and tenancy tribunals as the number of pending matters older than 6 months, 12 months and 24 months. The same matter may occur in several age groups. Pending matters are ongoing (open) matters at the end of the year. The matters are divided in case categories.
