Frequency of appeal from district courts to courts of appeal
Description
Ppercentage of cases that have been appealed from district court to courts of appeal, divided into criminal cases, civil cases, and total. The table also shows a summary for only criminal and civil cases. The metrics are calculated as the number of incoming cases to the courts of appeal divided by the number of determined cases in the district courts during the same time period.
