Territorial Agencies (ATE)
Description
The NFB is organised on the basis of a territorial mesh, based on the geographical distribution of the public forest and the territorial organisation of the State. The NFB’s territorial organisation is structured into two main hierarchical levels: a level of management and support and a level of management and production. The Agencies and Regional Directorates are responsible for the implementation of the NFB’s missions on the ground. Agencies are territorial or specialised. The NFB is composed of 51 Territorial Agencies including 50 in France and one in Mayotte.
