Monitoring of housing constructions according to SITADEL 2000

Description

For building permits, all the events in the life of the project are monitored in the SITADEL database, from the submission of the application to the completion of the works, i.e. for each movement affecting an application for authorisation: -the decision taken on the construction authorisation (favourable, stay of proceedings, unfavourable, pending), -the declaration of site opening (DOC) indicating the start of the works, -the declaration of completion of the works (DAT) indicating the end of the works, -any changes made to the initial application, after the authorisation or after the opening of the site, -any cancellation (abandonment of the project, appeal by third parties ...), after the authorisation or after the opening of the site.
