Fixed posts for hunting waterfowl at night in the Somme
Description
In 22 departments, regulations (Article L 424-5 of the Environment Code) have endorsed traditional practices for hunting waterfowl. This hunting may be carried out at night from fixed posts such as huts, huts, tons or gabions if they existed on 1 January 2000 and were declared to the prefect under conditions laid down by regulation.The prefect issues a post number.The declaration procedure, in accordance with Article R. 424-17 of the same Code, provides that the declaration is accompanied by "a description of the fixed post, accompanied by the cadastral designation of the fund where this fixed post is located or its location on the public domain".
