One-off issue of Mesnil Martinsart's PPRI
Description
In general, the issues are people, property, activities, cultural or environmental heritage elements, threatened by a hazard and likely to be affected or damaged by it. The sensitivity of an issue to a hazard is called "vulnerability".This object class includes all the issues that were considered in the RPP study. An issue is a dated object whose consideration depends on the purpose of the RPP and its vulnerability to the hazards studied. A PPR issue can therefore be taken into account (or not) depending on the type or types of hazard addressed. These elements form the basis of knowledge of land use necessary for the development of the RPP, in or near the study area, at the time of the analysis of the issues.The issue data represent a photograph (frozen and non-exhaustive) of the assets and people exposed to hazards at the time of the development of the risk prevention plan. These data are not updated after approval of the RPP. In practice they are no longer used: issues are recalculated as needed with up-to-date data sources.
