Register of Foundations of Castile-La Mancha

Description

Foundations are non-profit organizations that, at the will of their creators, have their patrimony affected to the fulfillment of purposes of general interest, which can be very varied, and must benefit generic communities of people. Registration in the Register of Foundations is a prerequisite for foundations to acquire legal personality and to be able to use the term ‘foundation’ in their name.
