Register of mining rights of Castilla-La Mancha
Description
The Mining Promotion Act of 1977 stipulates in its article 4 that in the Ministry of Industry, there shall be a mining register, which shall consist of a permanently updated public archive of all mining rights existing in the national, territorial and continental shelf with a corresponding map. Castilla-La Mancha is included in the computer application of the Mining Cadastre of the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda.
