Areas included in the Integrated Territorial Investment (ITI) of Castilla-La Mancha
Description
On April 26, 2016, the Governing Council of Castilla-La Mancha agreed on the definition of five geographical areas with specific development needs, as well as the start of procedures for the implementation of integrated territorial investments in Castilla-La Mancha (ITI), with the aim of promoting new activities in particularly depressed areas, due to problems of depopulation and socio-economic decline. The main objective of the Strategy is the sociodemographic recovery of ITI zones, through three development vectors: digitisation of the territory, promotion of economic activity and sustainable use of available resources.
