Register of aerial applications of plant protection products in the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha
Description
Aerial applications of plant protection products are generally prohibited, allowing their implementation only in certain special cases. Directive 2009/128/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 contains the basic provisions for the rationalisation of the use of plant protection products, the implementation of which contributes to reducing the risks and effects of their use on human health and the environment. This Directive has been incorporated into Spanish law by Royal Decree 1311/2012 of 14 September 2012 establishing the framework for action to achieve the sustainable use of plant protection products, which in Chapter VI regulates the aerial application of plant protection products.
