The Professional Associations are Corporations of Public Law, with their own legal personality and full capacity for the achievement of their purposes that are essentially the organization of the exercise of the professions, the exclusive institutional representation of the same when they are subject to compulsory collegiation, the defense of the professional interests of the collegiates and the protection of the interests of the consumers and users of the services of their collegiates.
