Register of collective agreements of Castilla-La Mancha
Description
Royal Decree 713/2010 regulates the registration and deposit of collective labour agreements and agreements and their operation through electronic means, as well as the registration and deposit of collective labour agreements and agreements. This standard proceeds to develop the provisions of Article 90.2 of the Workers’ Statute regulating the registration and deposit of collective labour agreements and agreements and establishing specific registers of collective agreements and agreements with operation by electronic means, in order to achieve greater agility and efficiency in administrative action.
